Rob has been teaching some of America’s top goalies for the past 25 years. He is currently the UNH women’s goalie coach. He also has served as the goalie coach for the NH Junior Monarchs Junior A team for the past 13 seasons. His system follows a building block approach creating a strong foundation while accentuating a goalie’s strengths and shoring up their weaknesses.
This new and fresh engineered approach is truly the only program out there that allows for each goalie to be taught differently. Our continuous improvement model ensures that we are constantly working to help your goalie improve every time they step on the ice. Our program offers the goalie flexible and individual development as opposed to the many rigid programs out there today.
We have had success at many levels from Mite to Professional. We also have the highest placement rate in the industry which means we are constantly working for you to find those hockey opportunities that may present themselves.
The proven methods we use have also allowed for some of our students to become goalies coaches at the following prestigious venues: NCAA, Professional, USNDTP, and Prep school. This shows that what we teach is easily understandable and transferrable at the next level. We utilize our “engineered approach” to develop each goalie to their fullest potential. Our curriculum also includes off-ice development and most importantly mental toughness training. We are constantly improving ourselves as coaches to make sure that what we bring forward to you works and is something that will benefit you.
I was a former college player and coach (Worcester Polytechnic Institute). I also have a degree in engineering from WPI. My 15 years experience as a corporate engineer also allows me the opportunity to train your kids for the game of life. I truly understand the life skills necessary to function in the business world and understand that hockey will only be a small part of your goalie’s life.
We are excited to announce our partnership with Hat Trick Training Center. For years we have offered various venues for training such as synthetic ice, large rink training and studio rink training. We are glad that we have now found a new home for studio rink training in the North Shore and look forward to transforming the games of the local area goalies. Please check back often for schedules and program information.
